I bought my camera about 9 years ago. It is a Canon T3I and came with two kit lenses. Those two lenses have got me through thousands of individual and team sports pictures as well as seniors and families. My wife and I realized over the years that my pictures didn't seem as clear or bright as other photographers' pictures. We came to the conclusion that it must be my lenses. I've always wanted a prime lens so I did a lot of research and the one lens that I kept coming back to was the 85mm.
And my research wasn't wrong. It is a fantastic lens. It has really added color and clarity to my pictures. I have been amazed at how well it has done and I can't wait to use it for my senior portraits.
